Biography

Kadeem Noray is a research fellow at the Civitas Institute. He is also a Future of Work postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Economics via Blueprint Labs at MIT, and a research associate at Opportunity Insights at Harvard University. Noray is interested in labor economics and public economics, and his research is focused on how new technologies influence talent selection and talent allocation in the economy (i.e., correct allocation of talent and skills in the economy, i.e., matching work and skills with output and value, and job selection). Noray earned his Ph.D. in public policy (economics track) from Harvard University, an M.S. in applied economics from Montana State University, and a B.S. in mathematics, economics, and physics at Hillsdale College.
