Karla López del Río is a visionary community development executive committed to empowering working families and communities to realize their full potential. With a deep passion for fostering local solutions, Karla collaborates with leaders, nonprofit organizations, and government agencies across Southern California, and beyond, to deliver integrated services that equip individuals with the tools, support, and confidence to enhance their skills, achieve financial stability, and attain upward mobility.
She currently serves as Senior Fellow at the Center for Demographics and Policy at Chapman University, Karla leads groundbreaking initiatives on financial health, wealth creation, and economic mobility, to lift up and build a strong middle class.  Her consulting firm provides services around data, policy, and community engagement.
