Biography

Lance Gilliam is Managing Partner of Concentric Community Advisors, a Houston-based advisory firm focused on the creation of public-private partnership to incentivize socially equitable investments, especially affordable housing.

Penney, Kroger, Macy’s, Office Depot, REGAL Entertainment, TJX Companies, and The Sports Authority, Lance’s focus has evolved during the past ten years to engage and connect his commitment to community equity by incorporating important components of “Complete Communities” --- early childhood education, equitable food access, and affordable housing ---- into his daily work and volunteerism.
